This unique program is designed to match Danberry sellers with other Danberry sellers. Utilizing Danberry’s proprietary software, sellers identify the type of property that they would like to acquire once their home is sold and this is posted on Danberry’s Intranet site. Danberry agents then match the needs of their sellers with the stated needs of other Danberry sellers. Seller A could sell the property to Seller B and Seller B would buy the home of Seller A.
