 Let me introduce myself; my name is Victoria Valle (Luhring). I’m President of my Executive Home Team at Danberry Realtors. As one of the sales leaders at Danberry and in the real estate industry, I dedicate my efforts toward achieving the highest level of real estate service possible.

 On February 20, 2013, I was honored to receive Danberry’s Pinnacle of Performance Award for $7.5 million in sales in 2012.

 As a full time realtor for well over a decade, I’ve learned that there are differences between real estate agents. My peers, the few who have attained or approached my level of success, will concur. In order to reach this level of success, we’ve made a total commitment to our clients.

Ann is the Luxury Home Team’s Client Care Coordinator. She is responsive to the Luxury Home Team’s rain maker and team leader. She coordinates client care and performs a myriad of tasks.  She coordinates client care and produces marketing materials for your listed home. She also does general maintenance on the websites to make sure they are always accurate and informative to clients. Ann is also focusing on promoting the real benefits of social marketing through the newest opportunities in social networking and keeping relevant resources streaming in. She also adds the key new sources of facts and information our clients want or need to know. Ann is the gate keeper to the high quality service you can expect from the Luxury Home Team. Melanie Quicker is the Director of Client Care and Relocation for Victoria’s Luxury Home Team.  Her responsibilities include assisting with client needs from listing to marketing materials to successful closings.

Melanie prides herself on being a true team player and her main goal is to give clients a positive experience whether buying or selling a home with VLHT. She makes each client a priority and feels that communication is the most important part of the process.

Melanie’s strengths are her creativity, personal connections, and attention to detail. Having a background in sales helps her understand the importance of clients having a positive experience and becoming repeat clients and referral sources for our team. 
 
Melanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She lives in Toledo with her husband, Kerrigan, and their two daughters.  She believes in being a part of her community in many ways.  She is currently involved with the Junior League of Toledo, the United Way of Toledo Women’s Initiative, and coaching the St. Joseph Maumee CYO Cross Country Team.  In her free time, Melanie loves to play tennis and is a Pure Barre fanatic.

The level of determination that makes Victoria so Unique

 A lifelong Ohio native, Victoria Elchert Valle is from Tiffin, Ohio, and has three sisters: Linda, Jacqueline and Connie.  A graduate of Tiffin’s Calvert High School, Victoria majored in business and accounting while a student at Heidelberg College. 

 Understanding the importance of spending quality time with family and friends, she knows that precious moments accumulate into valued memories.  Victoria’s two incredible teenage children, Garrett and Jordyn, keep things exciting with sporting events and school activities, and she volunteers as often as possible at their schools.  And not to be overlooked, their sweet and well-trained Labradoodle, Lily, is always delighted to greet them, ready to play.

 Victoria’s success is more easily understood when you get to know how she became the person she is today. Recognizing her out-going personality, her Uncle Ralph, a Columbus Real Estate Agent, repeatedly urged her to enter the field. An industry professional, he knew that with her dedication to hard work and the satisfaction she receives from attaining her goals, she possessed the qualities needed to be a successful real estate agent.  Taking her Uncle's advice, she has continued her education and attends the finest seminars, staying constantly informed about new marketing tools and the evolving advancements available in today's Internet marketplace.

Foremost is a determination reinforced by distinct family aptitudes.  In addition to her education and years of experience in the field, Victoria inherited an appreciation of mathematical skills from her father, Alton.  This natural propensity helps her crunch numbers and negotiate important financial agreements; a master of real estate data. Victoria’s remarkable liveliness is exhibited in her time-proven motivation to help others solve their problems, both professionally and as a member of her community.  Her religious up-bringing inspires her to give back in any way she can, whether by contributing to charities or volunteering her time and energy. 

 A true real estate professional, Victoria assists over eighty families a year by negotiating the most advantageous home purchase possible, many of them transferees relocating to the area.
