The Personality behind Victoria Victoria (Elchert) was born & raised with her three sisters, Linda, Jacqueline and Connie in the small town of Tiffin, Ohio. She graduated from Calvert High School then went onto major in accounting at Heidelberg College. She looks forward to the precious times when she can spend with her family and friends. |
