When searching for a home in today's market, any Realtor is not good enough.  Be sure your realtor is certified, professionally designated with area training and great agency training.  I am a holder of professional designations that are the highest in the real estate industry. I attend national seminars to study how top producers around the country structure their business. As a result, I have developed a team of specialists who assist me in every aspect of a transaction. I have achieved superior results because of my dedication to the home service, my knowledge and understanding of the real estate market place and my willingness to lead the real estate market in developing new market ideas. Here is a list of my designations in the real estate industry.        

CRS – Certified Residential Specialist. A CRS is the residential real estate industry’s most advanced “degree.” CRS is the PhD of real estate. It is your assurance that you’re working with one of the top professionals in the business, if your real estate is a CRS. Fewer than 5% of all real estate licenses have received the CRS designation. ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. GRI – Graduate Realtor Institute. This professional designation is awarded to realtors involved in residential real estate who have completed the extensive course work and training on all aspects of the business. For more information, view the official GRI site at GRI website.

e-Pro Internet Professional. Assures that your realtor is up on technology and is able to provide you with the added leverage of the internet.

CSP - Certified New Home Sales Specialist. - certified in new home sales, professionally marketing in the home building industry.

SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist.  Trained to council clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transition such as relocation, refinancing and selling the family home. SRES website
